You had better keep at the chiffon until you get it right! Or you wouldn’t be a tough muffin.

Hey Annie,
Your stuff keeps getting better and better. I love the site! What’s awesome is that you update pretty consistently. Definitely have to try out some recipes over break.
Then I’ll have to try this soon…
hi annie! (i’m clarrissa’s old roommie from garber house). i stumbled upon your blog a couple of weeks ago and have been hooked since. thanks so much for sharing your recipes and your love for baking. i already made the peach surprise cheesecake and my friends loved it. and i’m going to try to make this red bean cake for my family soon. your treats are inspiring =)
Mmm chocolate mint chip cookies sound perfect for the holidays!
This little site’s becoming quite a looker. Keep it comin’ man!
i tried out your chiffon cake recipe today and it was the fluffiest cake that i’ve ever tasted =] as for your sugar subtraction…if you use more brown sugar than white, i read that baking soda should be added to neutralize the aciditiy…i forgot what that does tho =P i think if you decrease both sugars in equal amounts you should be safe =]
Yay. Yummy cookies!!
hey annie!
Keep the posts coming! Awesome work
p.s. i think the link to the mint chocolate chips recipes needs fixin, but I found it anyway
Those look so adorable!
Sweet pictures man.

So good. So so good! You did an amazing job on these. See if anyone can beat my record of 12 of these Nilla’s in three minutes while driving.
Looks like a no fuss but delish dessert! Mmm I loved Nilla Wafers as a kid!
12 while driving?! Man Patrice!
They look yummy and pretty easy!

I made these last night..and let me tell you….yummy, yummy, yummy and super simple! Thanks for the great idea! I did only use 1 1/2 tablespoon lemon juice and I added a bit of vanilla! Yum!
Annie, what a lovely blog you have!
this looks delish!!!
your hair looks so perfect in that picture! i’m totally jealous =P
OMG I love these!! I always get the frozen ones but I’ve never thought to coat them in powder myself. Will definitely try it soon…
Pure genius. Wow.
mm butterrrrrr
Nice! I like the first pic the best =) Great lighting. What kind of tart dough recipe did you use?
I feel you on the master baker thing. I get mistaken for one too =) I still haven’t even tried making a souffle.
I made this one from The Essential Dessert Cookbook – They only asked me to chill my tart dough for 20 minutes so I think that was part of the problem. (I think tart dough shrinks when you dont chill for long enough?). Plus my oven is hotter than others so it overbaked everything (even though I cut the time by 10 minutes!).
Haha.. difference between us dear is that you actually cater some events!
And I’ve heard incredible things about your baking!! Now, when you, on the other hand, open your shop, I’ll be your first customer
I think I prefer the old format better. I think that might work better if you’re doing step-by-step instructions for recipes. But this new slideshow thing is cleaner and probably makes it easier for you to do your posts *shrugs
LOVE the fruit tart photos here!
yum yum
when you click on some of the photos, some of them are cut-off on the top or sides, so perhaps something to improve?
p.s. when can we make something together??!
Oh these look like crumbly heaven.
I joined an Intrepid tour group for Thailand. They have lots of different packages depending on which part of Thailand you want to go to and what activities you want to do. I think it’s good for people who like outdoors-y stuff. Plus the groups are 12 people max, so you really get to know your tourmates.
I think the monsoon season is over now, but it’s still hot. Not as humid though.
these look so good! ever since i stumbled upon your blog, i have been a faithful viewer
my friends and i are going to make these next weekend. yay. hope you’re doing well annie!

Hey there, your cake looks dericious as always. Could you do something with cherries soon? ? They’re about to be in season too!

yummmy!!!!
these look sooo yummy!!! the peaches look sooo good!! annie you’re so cooool
how do u chop up chocolate pieces without it melting?
mine always melts.
Hi elaine, I like to put the chocolate in the fridge before you start chopping them. If chopping takes time, consider breaking it in 1/2 and keeping the first half in the fridge while you chop the second. That should do the trick! Good luck!
amazing your website is so so so much amazed me really awesome unbelievable dude so yummy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
