This section of “How-To’s” is here to teach you everything from the basics of proper measuring, to the more advanced techniques of making tart crusts and tempermental meringues. I strongly believe that anyone can bake. The majority of mistakes that people make lie at the fundamental level of incorrect measuring of flour, using the wrong size eggs, or overbeating their batter.
